1. Booking Confirmation

Your event booking is confirmed only after payment of the required advance amount and receipt of written confirmation from Tivash Banquet Hall.

2. Advance Payment

• An advance payment is required to secure your event date.
• The advance amount is generally non-refundable unless stated otherwise in writing.
• The remaining balance must be paid before or on the event date as agreed.

3. Cancellation Policy

• If cancellation is made more than [30 days] before the event date, a partial refund may be considered after deducting administrative charges.
• If cancellation is made within [15–30 days] of the event, only [50%] of the advance may be refundable.
• If cancellation is made within [15 days] of the event, the advance amount will be non-refundable.

Refund decisions are at the sole discretion of Tivash Banquet Hall management.

4. Rescheduling

Rescheduling requests are subject to availability. If your requested new date is available, the booking may be adjusted without cancellation charges. Additional charges may apply if pricing differs for the new date.

5. Force Majeure

In case of unforeseen circumstances beyond our control (natural disasters, government restrictions, pandemics, etc.), Tivash Banquet Hall may allow rescheduling. Refunds in such cases will be handled as per management discretion.

6. Refund Process

• Approved refunds will be processed within [7–14 business days].
• Refunds will be issued via the original payment method.
• Bank processing timelines may vary.

7. Damage & Security Deposit

If a security deposit is collected, it will be refunded after the event subject to inspection of property and no damages. Any damages caused during the event will be deducted from the security deposit.
